Levis Commons

The Towne Center at Levis Common is a 393 acre mixed-use community featuring a center piece of national and local retailers in a distinctive outdoor shopping environment. Construction of The Towne Center outdoor mall began in 2004 and included a partnership with Torrence Sound Equipment Co. of Perrysburg, Ohio to provide a network of discretely installed loudspeakers to bath the mall in ambient sound of background and foreground music throughout the streets, sidewalks, and gardens to enhance the experience of Towne Center visitors. Torrence also provided video surveillance for security in the streets and parking lots as well as integrated smoke monitoring and fire alarm throughout many of the retail spaces. The Towne Center which includes theatres, restaurants, loft rental, and for sale residential and medical facilities also features premiere lodging at The Hilton Garden Inn a 184 room hotel with business center, meeting rooms and a 9856 sq. ft. conference room with overhead sound and audio visual presentation systems provided by Torrence.
