SERVICE NOTE

Due to the wide variety of systems we service, all service requests are processed by speaking directly to our Service Department. If you would like assistance from the Torrence Service Department, please contact us at:

Service Outside of Regular Business Hours:

If you require service outside of our regular business hours, please call our office at, 419-661-0678. When prompted by the auto attendant,  Push  (1) – then, Select (3) to request emergency service.

If you would like to request help from a technician on a holiday, weekend, or outside of our regular business hours. At the tone, please leave your name, your phone or cell number, the name of your business or facility, and a detailed message regarding the nature of the problem and the systems involved. An on-call technician will call you back within one hour. Note that after-hours service is billed at a higher rate, with a 2-hour minimum. Rates and payment options will be discussed with you while speaking to the on-call technician.

Hours of operation:

Our regular business hours are 8:30AM-5:00PM EDT Monday through Friday. Torrence is closed in observance of the following national holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
